Exfoliating peel for oily acne prone skin with antiseborrheic properties for reduced oil production

Mandelic acid is obtained from hydrolysis of bitter almond extract and is know to cause minimal irritation to skin.  Specifically formulated to combat imperfections in skins with acneic tendancy, which may also combine photoaging and/or hyperpigmentation.

The main ingredient Mandelic Acid presents antiseborrheic keratolitic properties in addition to important antibacterial activity on micro-organisms involved in skin with acneic tendency.

Available in three concentrations: 30%, 40%, 50%.

The whitening and lightening properties of mandelic acid unify skin tone acting on skin hyperpigmentation caused by exposure to the sun.

Mesopeel salycilic:

Ideal for combating whiteheads, exfoliates both in pores and skin surface.

Salicylic Acid Peel acts directly on oily skin problems or those prone to acne, whiteheads and skin blemishes.  The salicylic acid formula mixes freely with existing oils on the epidermis as well as sebaceous material within the follicle.

Available in concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30% it is particularly recommended in the care of skins with impurities or acne problems as salicylic acid is a sebo-regulator, containing antiseptic, bacteriostatic and fungicidal properties.

Mesopeel melanostop:

Especially formulated to treat most forms of hyperpigmentation including sun damage, age spots/liver spots and post inflammatory.

Properties

Melanostop_peels effectiveness is due to the synergistic action of the three ingredients which act as depigmentants, chelants and keratolytics.  Specifically formulated to treat melasma and other melanic hyperpigmentations, preferably located epidermically.

Azelaic acid a saturated dicarboxylic acid used for treating melasma due to its tyrosinase inhibitor effect.

Resorcinol a phenolic derivative presenting keratolic action and capacity to precipitate skin proteins.  Improves skin texture and combats hyperpigmentation.

Phytic acid a powerful chelant, depigmentation and antioxidant agent.  A strong acid which upon application to skin causes superficial chemoexfoliation. Inhibits tyrosinase and reduces melanin formation.  Provides great antioxidant protection and reduces harmful UV ray effects.

Mesopeel modified jessner:

For treatment of photo-aging, dehydration, congestion and mild pigmented blemishes.

Modified jessner is ideal for dull, slightly wrinkled, sensitive and dark skins, treating chronological aging, actinic acne, superficial scarring and slight hyperpigmentations.

Lactic acid an alphahydroxy acid (AHA acid) used as an exfoliating agent as well as encouraging epidermis and dermis thickening.  The Lactic acid activates collagen and elastin formation and increases hyaluronic acid concentration in the extracellular matrix.

Salicylic acid a betahydroxy acid with great lipid affinity used as an exfoliant due to is keratolic properties.  Besides regulating sebhorrea, salicylic acid has antiseptic, bacteriostatic and fungicide properties.

Citric acid also an alphahydroxy acid (AHA acid) with exfoliant, antioxidant and anti-aging properties.  Having a higher molecular weight than lactic acid its keratolytic action is less.

The combination of these three acids achieves recovery of lost skin tone, texture and luminosity.

Mesopeel piruvex: 

For treating signs of aging and seborrheic keratosis.

Piruvex Peel is indicated for the treatment of skins with aging signs like fine and deep wrinkles or hyperpigmentations.  It is also useful for treating acne, actinic and fine seborrheic keratosis.  After Piruvex peel application skin tonicity, luminosity and smoothness increases.

Pyruvic acid an alfa-ketoacid naturally found in apples and vinegar with keratolytic, antimicrobial and sebostatic characteristics.  Its high acidity and low molecular size enables easy penetration of the skin, particularly in lipophilic areas.  Provides good results in the treatment of aged skin, improves the appearance of acne scaring, actinic keratosis and alterations in skin texture.

Lactic acid an alphahydroxy acid (AHA acid) with low molecular weight and keratolytic power encouraging epidermis and dermis thickening.  Activates collagen and elastin formation and increases hyaluronic acid concentration in the extracellular matrix.

Mesopeel TCA:

Antiaging and deep blemish treatment.
Mesopeel TCA SOFT and mesopeel TCA are both highly efficient treatments against slight to moderate photoaging, wrinkles, actinic and sebhorreic keratosis, pigmentary dischromia, acne and acneic scars, lack of facial luminosity and recovery of skin texture and general skin tone.  The trichloroacetic acid action mechanism is the chemical coagulation of skin proteins and is neutralised by plexo dermis serum.  Acid penetration is progressive and descends freely through the different dermis layers.  Exfoliation capacity varies with concentration.  After healing, the treated area re-epithelises and the new skin is firmer and more elastic.

The high trichloroacetic concentration in mesopeel TCA (35%) enables deeper peel making it highly effective in treating deep wrinkles and blemishes.
